Trenia Christian COO (Partner/Director)
BaMedRadSci (Medical Imaging) Charles Sturt University.
Trenia was born and raised in Gippsland with a passion for improving access to medical services in rural communities. A 2009 graduate of Charles Sturt University, she has also completed postgraduate training in both CT and MRI, further deepening her expertise in diagnostic imaging.
In 2016, Trenia founded Baw Baw Radiology, driven by a vision to enhance healthcare services in regional Victoria. Her commitment continues through her leadership role at Victorian Imaging Specialists, proudly expanding high-quality imaging services throughout Gippsland and surrounding areas.

Dr Beng J Tan Radiologist (Partner/Director)
FRANZCR, MBBS Hons Monash University, GDip Software RMIT
Dr Tan is currently a staff specialist at Monash Health and is a generalist with subspecialty interests in MSK, Respiratory Imaging and Intervention.
He has held several other directorship positions including partner/director at Direct Radiology(now part of Capital Radiology), Deputy Director Diagnostic Imaging Dandenong Hospital and Director Werribee Mercy Hospital (IMED).
As a career educator he is currently involved with registrar training at Monash Health. He was previously a Director of Training at Monash Health Diagnostic Imaging and Head of medical student education Monash Health/University for which he was awarded the Students Choice Award for Distinguished Teaching.
Dr Tan is actively involved in both teaching and co-ordinating trial examinations for Monash Health pre-fellowship registrars.

Dr John Troupis Radiologist (Partner/Director)
FRANZCR
John graduated from medicine at the University of Melbourne in 1989 and subsequently trained as a radiologist at Monash Medical Centre where he qualified as a radiologist in 2000.
He underwent subspecialty training in musculoskeletal imaging, and further subspecialty training in cardiac cross-sectional imaging. He was the inaugural co-chair for the Cardiac CT service at Monash Health in 2008, and is the Monash Health Divisional Head of Body Imaging, incorporating both cardiothoracic and abdominal imaging.
His interests include advances in cross sectional imaging for cardiac dysfunction and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
