Access Results

After your imaging appointment, your results will be analysed by a specialist radiologist and sent to your referring doctor. Imaging reports and scans are an essential part of diagnosis and treatment planning, and your healthcare provider will review them with you to determine the next steps.

How to Access Your Results:

• Your doctor will receive the imaging report directly and will discuss the findings with you.
• For privacy and security reasons, we do not release results directly to patients without prior authorisation from the referring doctor.

Processing Times:

• Most results are sent to the referring doctor within 24 to 48 hours.
• More complex scans, such as MRIs or specialised imaging, may take additional time for detailed analysis.
• Urgent cases will be prioritised, and results may be expedited if necessary.

Requesting a Copy of Your Images:

• If you require a personal copy of your imaging, please contact our reception team.
• Identification and a signed request form may be required to obtain your scans.
• Some imaging may be available via an online portal for secure viewing by your doctor.
